Order Processing Time

• We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of purchase.
• Please note that handmade items may require an additional 1-2 days before dispatch.

Estimated Delivery Times

United Kingdom

We offer Tracked Royal Mail shipping options:

• Royal Mail 24 Tracked: Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days.
• Royal Mail 48 Tracked: Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days.

International Shipping

For orders outside the UK, we use Tracked International Royal Mail with the following estimated delivery times:

• North America: 5-10 business days
• Europe: 3-7 business days
• Australia, New Zealand & Oceania: 5-10 business days

Important Notes on Delivery

• In some cases, delivery times may exceed the estimates due to Royal Mail delays, which are beyond our control.

• If your order has not arrived, please allow:

  • 5 working days (UK deliveries)
  • 14 working days (International deliveries)
    before contacting us.

• While we make every effort to meet these delivery estimates, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times, as they may vary based on postal services in your location.

Customs & Import Taxes

• International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country.
• Delays due to customs processing are beyond our control.
