Exchanges and Returns Policy

We’re sorry to hear that you’re not completely satisfied with your Bruno’s Bows purchase. Our goal is to ensure you have the best experience with our products, so if you need to return an item, we’re here to help.

Returns Policy

You may return an item within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

Please note:

  • Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty.

How to Return an Item

  1. Request a Return Code
    • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by completing a Return or Exchange Form to receive your unique returns confirmation code.
  1. Send Your Item
    • Once you have your return code, post the item(s) back to us within 14 days.
    • Include a printed copy of your confirmation code inside the package.
    • We recommend using a tracked shipping service and obtaining proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Faulty Items

If your item is faulty:

  • Please complete a Return or Exchange Form, including attaching photographic evidence of the fault.
  • If the item is confirmed as faulty, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to cover the cost of returning the item to us as well as the shipping fee for the new item.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • To avoid sizing issues, please refer to our size chart before purchasing.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving your return.
  • Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
  • We will notify you via email if there are any issues with your return or exchange.

Return Address

Will be confirmed by email with your return confirmation code.
